Tony arrived punctually, an hour after he contacted me. Did check unit to see if it could be fixed, but it had died of old age. He replaced the unit, on the spot, quickly and efficiently leaving the place immaculate. He explained everything he was doing, and answered questions knowledgably and politely. All this on a Sunday afternoon!

Reliable Hot Water were very prompt and were able to fix the problem we were having with our hot water system. They were good and I had no issues with them at all.
